Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the IDIOMEX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
IDIOMEX Software Solutions provides custom software development, web development, mobile application development, AI solutions, and automation services. All project scopes, timelines and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements between IDIOMEX and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, designs and deliverables created specifically for their project. IDIOMEX retains the right to use general-purpose tools, libraries and frameworks that are not client-specific. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, projects require a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed project. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.
5. Warranties and Liability
IDIOMEX provides a 30-day warranty period after project delivery during which bugs and defects will be fixed at no additional cost. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business data, technical specifications and any other sensitive information.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
